Cancellation Policy

PUBLIC CRUISES:
-If reservation is canceled one week before the cruise (7 Days) - A full refund will be provided
-If reservation is canceled within one week, but no later than 48 hours of the cruise - A rain check will be provided
-If reservation is canceled within 48 hours of the cruise - No refund or raincheck will be provided
PRIVATE CRUISES:
-All private boat reservations must be cancelled/rescheduled at least 7 days in advance

Chicago Cycleboats operate rain or shine! If the weather is deemed as too severe by our Cycleboat staff, a ride will be rescheduled.

Terms and Conditions

All rides currently depart from either the marina under the Marina Towers or Rockwell on the River 

Please remember that your reservation time is a departure time. You will need to arrive at least 30 minutes early in order to leave the dock on time. Be sure that each individual in the party has watched the online orientation video, has signed the digital waiver, and confirmed their e-mail address prior to your arrival. We will ask you to see your digital waiver confirmation e-mail before you'll be allowed to board the boat.

Weather Policy: Chicago Cycleboats operate rain or shine! If the weather is deemed as too severe by our Cycleboat staff, a ride will be rescheduled and you will be contacted immediately. If we do not contact you, that means all cruises for the day will be going out as scheduled.
