Our vessel is docked at 0 Margaret Street  in the Historic Key West Seaport. There is a city parking lot nearby on Caroline and Margaret with a pay station that takes credit cards.  A parking garage is located at the corner of Grinnell and Caroline. Allow plenty of time for parking and please be to the boat 15 minutes prior to departure time to meet the Captain and crew, and to check in. Guests who arrive after boarding time will miss the trip. 

Our motto is 'sail as you are' so feel free to dress up or dress down - just kick those heels off at the gangplank! You may want a sweater or light jacket when the temperatures dip into the 70's, and we provide blankets on board for your comfort. The Argo is 36' wide and is very stable and comfortable. This provides  you and your furry friend the freedom to walk around and enjoy all the views from inside and out. It is a sailing vessel, so it is quiet and we enhance that tranquility by keeping the music turned off. Our guests are welcome to help raise the sails and take the Captain's helm to get a feel for the mariner's life. This is also a deluxe yacht with an air conditioned lounge, two spacious bathrooms ('heads') for our guests with facilities you would see in your home, a fully stocked kitchen ('galley'), a large dining room,  and 3 staterooms, each with heads ensuite. Overall we offer just over 2,800 square feet of floating space which feels luxurious but never pretentious.

Our doggie day sails last for approximately two hours during which time our crew will provide you with the best customer service for you and your pooch! A delicious BBQ lunch provided by Smoked BBQ on the Water will be served to both of you along with some tasty treats for the pups. You may enjoy any of our fine and sparkling wines and our eclectic beer selections including some amazing Florida craft brews.  We have great variety in our non-alcoholic selections: NA beer, sodas, lemonade and sparkling and filtered flat water.  Please drink responsibly. Our on board offerings are rather abundant, so you may decide on that salad for dinner and you will be back to the dock in plenty of time in case you do have later plans.

All the sails cast off rain or shine unless the weather is unsafe. If the Captain decides to cancel, the crew will contact you at the number provided in your reservation to reschedule your trip, or offer you a refund. Reservations may be cancelled and you must call 305.509.1771 48 hours prior to your sailing date to receive a refund. After that time frame, we can place you on another sail. Guests who miss the boat will be rescheduled, if possible, however no refund will be given. Please note, no smoking onboard the vessel.

At Hindu Charters safety of our customers and crew is paramount. If we are unwell, we stay home.  All the crew is First Aid, CPR, and Serve Safe certified.

Missing the Boat: You MUST be on the dock 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time for check in and safety briefing. Much like an airplane, the gang plank is pulled precisely at the departure time and further boarding is impossible. Guests who are late (even a minute) will miss the boat. Unfortunately, no refund can be given however we will do our best to accommodate you on another date if at all possible. 

Requesting A Refund: For all tickets purchased for sails open to the public, we require 48 hours notice in order to issue a full refund which will be made back to the credit card used to secure the reservation. With less than 48 hours but prior to 3 hours notice, your ticket may be used toward another date, pending availability, within one week. Less than 3 hours or no notice, no refund or credit will be extended.

Weather: Cancellation due to weather is up to the Captain's discretion. Twenty minutes before the sail the captain will make the call.

Sail Minimums: We will sail with 6 attending passengers, but not less, and will reschedule if possible, or refund in full, passengers who have purchased tickets for sails that do not have the required minimum.
