Discover Scuba Dive (Resort Course) 

Your first dive in your life should be an unforgettable journey into the underwater world! After a thorough briefing and explanation of how SCUBA equipment works, we will take you to a shallow pool to complete a couple of basic exercises. Once you have completed the pool segment and feel comfortable in the water, then we go for the first dive to a max depth of 12mt /40ft. This program covers a brief theoretical session, the skill development in the pool of your hotel and an open water dive. 
You must be at least 10 years old. It includes full equipment rental.   

This activity may also be done in Cozumel by completing the theory and pool training first and then going to Cozumel to do the open water portion. We include an extra dive for a total of 2 dives with this experience.
Training may be done any day of the week but the trip to Cozumel is only done on Monday, Wednesday or Friday so please plan your course accordingly. Choose the Cozumel Add-On during the booking process if you decide to go for this option. 

Refresher Course

You are already certified but haven't dived in more than a year? If this is the case, you must then do a Refresher Course in order to dive with us. 
The Refresher course follows a similar path as the Discover Scuba Dive but focuses more on the skills that you have perhaps forgotten or feel less confident about. The cost is the same as the Discover Scuba Dive and includes full equipment rental.

You must book BEFORE arriving to the hotel in order to get the 15% discount. If you book online after having visited our physical location and after talking to our sales staff at the hotel, then the 15% discount WILL NOT be honored and you will have to pay the difference in order to be given service. No excuses, REFUNDS will not be issued if you decide not to buy the intended service. 

Returns and Refunds Policy 
We only issue a 100% refund if the activity or activities are cancelled due to inclement weather conditions. We will do everything possible to reschedule. However, if the tour or activity is cancelled by the client for any reason (including medical reasons), we can only give a voucher for the next stay or the tour or activity can be replaced for another of the same value. You may also use it to buy products from our merchandise. No show will not be refunded. Once you are redirected to the PayPal or Stripe site and complete payment, the order is confirmed and you thereby accept this Returns and Refunds Policy.

Availability
Reservations are subject to availability. If you have booked with at least 2 weeks in advance you do not need to send an email to confirm spaces as they will be guaranteed. Still, please check in with us in person at our dive center upon your arrival to the hotel before your scheduled dive. If you book with less than 2 weeks in advance, please send us an email to confirm availability.
