This is a seasonal activity. The Whaleshark season starts in June and ends in September every year. If you are visiting the Riviera Maya area between June – September, this is an experience not to be missed!   The Whaleshark is completely harmless to humans, it is actually a very docile and curious creature. The Whaleshark swims very slowly on the surface which makes it easy and relaxing to swim with them.   Swimming with the Whalesharks is done by groups of 2 people accompanied by a certified guide at all times.   Itinerary:   The Tour begins with a pick up at your hotel. The hour of your pick up depends on the location of your hotel. (We will confirm the exact time of pick up when you have completed your reservation.  Approximate pick up times (depends on your hotel and you will be given an exact pick up time and location at our centers or via email): Playa del Carmen: 5 - 5:30 am, Riviera Maya 5 - 5:30 am, Cancún: 6 -6:30 am.

At around 8:00 we set off in the boat to search for the Whaleshark and mantas (about 50 min), once we reach the feeding area we will spend approximately 3 hours snorkeling with the Whalesharks and Manta Rays near the islands of Isla Mujeres and Holbox.   Afterwards we will stop off to snorkel on a Caribbean reef close to Isla Mujeres. When you get back on the boat, there will be a lunch of shrimp ceviche and guacamole waiting for you. After eating, we will head back to Punta Sam. Price: $219 USD per person (a $15 USD marine park & docking tax is applicable - payable upon pick up). *There is a $10 usd transportation surcharge for Tulum area hotels.

Terms and Conditions of the 15% Discount offered Online
You must book BEFORE arriving to the hotel in order to get the 15% discount. If you book online after having visited our physical location at your hotel, the 15% discount will not be honored.  

Returns and Refunds Policy 
We only issue a 100% refund if the activity or activities are cancelled due to inclement weather conditions. We will do everything possible to reschedule. No show will not be refunded. No last minute cacellations please. Once you are redirected to the PayPal or Stripe site and complete payment, the order is confirmed and you thereby accept this Returns and Refunds Policy.
