1. You and/or your group will be picked up by our awesome chauffeur driver at the designated address in downtown Austin at the stipulated time slot. Here, you and/or your group can load your coolers with the beverages and snacks of your choosing to float the river with you. BYOB
2. Drive to San Marcos river (45 min - 1:15 min)*
3. Unload and drop off you and your guests to begin the check-in process and start your floating adventure! (3.5 hours - 4 hours)**
4. Pick up at the finish line destination. Head back to your private address.
    

*Sometimes there may be heavy traffic congestion in Austin, possibilities of delays can happen and we will keep you updated regarding timelines.

**River float duration varies depending on the river flow and how busy it is. We recommend you and your group to avoid making reservations right after the floating experience. We advise you to exercise caution with dinner reservations, flights and other personal commitments due to the possibility of unforeseen delays.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 120 hours (5 days) prior to the start time are eligible for a full refund (minus fees and tax).
• Cancellations made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the start time are eligible for a full refund (minus fees, taxes and deposit).
• Cancellations made less than 72 (2 days or less) hours prior to the start time or no-shows are non-refundable.
• In the event of unfavorable weather conditions or safety concerns determined by us, cancellations are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule.
