Matsumoto Station – 9:30 AM : Outside the Alps (West) Exit – look for our light yellow Toyota van.

Please select the correct starting point when booking: Nagano Station at 8:00 AM or Matsumoto Station at 9:30 AM.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation refunds are calculated based on the scheduled tour start time.

7 days or more before the tour start time: 90% refund
From 3 days to less than 7 days before the tour start time: 70% refund
From 24 hours to less than 3 days before the tour start time: 50% refund
Less than 24 hours before the tour start time: Non-refundable
