Beschreibung

For this cooking demonstration, participants will observe  a local chef prepare an authentic Barbadian meal or dessert.  The chef will  provide step by step instruction on meal preparation, cooking techniques and tricks and tips to ensure a tasty final product.

Attendees will have the opportunity to sample the prepared food and engage in  Q & A with the chef. They will also be provided with a paper and pencil should they wish to take notes.
