Elevate your Fredericksburg getaway with the ultimate pairing—this is not merely a tasting, but a true immersion into the art of chocolate, wine and bacon. Your experience begins in our exclusive upstairs tasting room, greeted by artisan chocolates, up to three wines, a refreshing Dr. Pepper Coupe float and the customer-favorite Wall of Bacon.

Savor expertly paired wines from our DKM Cellars portfolio and our wine partners, each matched to handcrafted chocolates and confections that reveal unique flavor combinations you won’t find anywhere else. Guided by a member of our team and observing the factory floor from large windows, enjoy a sweet and savory experience like no other. Our Bacon is prepared with brown sugar, agave, bourbon, cocoa nibs and a touch of red pepper for a little kick. Just when you think it can't get any better, we bring out the grand finale. Served in a coupe glass, we use Blue Bell Homemade vanilla ice cream surrounded by a moat of Dr. Pepper and topped with shaved dark chocolate. Our nod to some of the best ingredients from right here in Texas.
