Embark on an exhilarating fishing expedition just a short ride from town. Guests are pre-assigned to groups of up to six participants per boat, ensuring an intimate and enjoyable experience. Our well-equipped fishing boats, guided by an experienced crew, will take you about 7 miles off the Aruban coast.
Get ready for an unforgettable adventure as you reel in some of the most sought-after catches in the Caribbean! Most fishing is done off the southwest coast, where the water is calmer than on the north and east coasts of Aruba. As soon as you leave the harbor you will be in depths from 150 to 600ft. Most fish are caught here year around. In Aruba we target different species of fish, consisting of Blue Marlin, Sailfish, Mahi-Mahi, Barracuda, Wahoo, Amberjack, Kingfish, Bonito, Albacore, Yellowfin Tuna. All catch & species of fish is dependent on the season. Peak season for sailfish runs during migration from September through November.
With a stable climate and predictable weather conditions Aruba is a great place to get out on the water and test your skills, and there are few better ways to appreciate Aruba’s coastal scenery than with some deep sea fishing fun!
SUGGESTED ITINERARY:
- 12:00 PM - Meet in the (location tbd), sign waivers
- 12:15 PM - Transfer to the Marina
- 12:35 PM - Transfer to the Marina
- 01:00 PM - Fishing adventure begins
- 05:00 PM - Fishing adventure ends
- 05:15 PM - Transfer back to the Resort
- 05:30 PM - Estimated return time back to the Resort
INCLUSIONS:
- Private fishing boat charter, based on 4-hours
- Professionally trained and CPR certified Captain and crew
- Tackle and gear
- Cold water in ice jugs (not bottled water)
- Life vest for each guest
RECOMMENDED ATTIRE:
- Casual and comfortable clothing, or Swimwear
- Sneakers, closed toed shoes (or shoes suitable for wet conditions)
- Towels
- Sunscreen (at least 30-SPF)
- Sunglasses
- Cap or Hat (keep tight)
- Waterproof Camera
- We recommend not to bring any jewelry with you
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- This activity is not recommended for guests who suffer from motion sickness.
- This activity is not recommended for guests who do not know how to swim.
2024 Cancellation Policy
- A final confirmation email with final activity details will be sent 24-48 hours prior to activity start time.
- Activity cancelled 4-days prior to activity start time, no charges will be applied.
- Activity cancelled within 3-daysprior to activity start time, (including no-shows), 25% of the charges will be applied.
- Activity cancelled within 48-hours (including no-shows), 100% of the charges will be applied.
Cancellation Fee
- Within 96-hours (4-days prior) of activity start time, 0%.
- Within 72 hours (3-days prior) of activity time, 25%.
- Within 48-hours (2-days prior) of activity time, 100%.
- There will be no refunds for passengers that cancel within 24-hours of their trip start time.
- There will be no refunds for passengers that are “no-shows” on the day of their trip.
- There will be no refunds for over sleeping, sunburns, change of heart.
- By Management’s discretion, an exception can occur in the circumstance of a special cancellation request.
- In the unlikely event of bad weather, if there are any technical problems or for any circumstance your tour would be cancelled, you would receive a full refund.
- In the unlikely event that your cruise ship arrived late in Port or not at all, you would receive a full refund.
