Upon arrival at the airport, a professional and courteous team will meet and greet you in the arrival hall to assist you with your luggage and ensure a smooth transition to your vehicle.

When booking the round-trip airport transportation services, your arrival and departure transportation will be arranged according to your booking details. When booking a one-way transportation service, please ensure to specify if you are arriving or departing.

2024 cancellation policies
- There will be no refunds for passengers that cancel within 24-hours of their trip start time.
- There will be no refunds for passengers that are “no-shows” on the day of their trip.
- There will be no refunds for over sleeping, sunburns, change of heart.
- By Management’s discretion, an exception can occur in the circumstance of a special cancellation request.
- In the unlikely event of bad weather, if the vehicle(s) experience technical problems or for any circumstance your tour would be cancelled, you would receive a full refund.
- In the unlikely event that your cruise ship arrived late in Port or not at all, you would receive a full refund.
