1. Eligibility:

Renters must be at least 15 years of age. Minors (persons under 18 years of age) must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
A valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card are required at the time of rental.
2. Rental Agreement:

All renters are required to read and sign a rental agreement before the commencement of the rental period. The agreement outlines the responsibilities of the renter and Someday Funday Rentals.
3. Use of Equipment:

The rented e-bike(s) and any accessories provided by Someday Funday Rentals are to be used responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Helmets are provided and must be worn at all times during the rental.
The renter agrees to return the e-bike(s) and any accessories in the same condition as when received, barring normal wear and tear.
4. Prohibited Uses:

The e-bike(s) shall not be used for racing, mountain biking on rough terrain, or any illegal purpose.
The renter shall not operate the e-bike(s) under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs the renter's ability to operate the e-bike safely.
5. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental time for a full refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the rental.
Someday Funday Rentals reserves the right to cancel rentals due to unsafe weather conditions, with a full refund provided to the customer.
6. Liability:

The renter assumes all risks associated with the use of the rented e-bike(s) and accessories.
Someday Funday Rentals is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to the renter or any third party resulting from the use of the rented equipment.
7. Damages and Theft:

The renter is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the rented e-bike(s) and accessories during the rental period and agrees to pay the full cost of repair or replacement.
8. Privacy Policy:

Personal information collected from renters is used solely for the purpose of facilitating the rental process and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
9. Amendments:

Someday Funday Rentals reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
