RENTAL INCLUDES:

• HELMETS, Goggles , and full tank of gas.
• 15 minute inspection, and showcase  of how to use the machine.
• Gas can included, with straps. 

For this full day dirtbike rental, you have the option to pickup in the morning (7:00am and 10:00am)  or the night before (between 6:00pm and 8:00am) however , regardless of what time you pick up, you will need to have the machines back to our shop by 7:00pm at the latest in order to avoid the late fee of $2 per minute per machine.

Rental Security Deposit: 

Before taking the machine a security deposit of $500 per dirtbike is required. You can make this security deoposit payment with Venmi, Cash, or a credit/debit card at the time of pick up.this rental security deposit is held by peak adventure rentals until the machine are brought back to us at the of the rentals, this security deposit will be full refunded back to you if the equipment is brought back on time, undamaged and full on fuel. on the rare occasion the damage occur, we will calculate and deduct the cost of the repair from this security deposit, then we will refund the remaining balance back to you .

according to our rental agreement and liability waiver, the renter and the waiver signers are fully responsible for all the damages cost that happen to the dirt bike or machines during the rental. to reduce your rental risk consider to opt into one of our damage waiver insurance plan .

Damage Waiver Insurance Option:

you have the option to add damage waiver insurance to your rental. our internal "Damage Waiver Insurance" (Dwi) is not required, but we strongly recommend it if your current insurance policy does not cover you for rentals like this, then we recommend it to call your insurance and find out. 

Realize that even though you're only required to pay a $500 security deposit for each dirt bike you rent, you and all waiver signers are still fully responsible and liable for the cost of all damages that happen to the dirt bike(S) during your rental. to reduce your rental risks, consider adding of the following damage waiver options below to your rental. 

Option A: 

$1k Deductible Damage Waiver Insurance - $50 per machine per day. 

Covers you , your party, and all waiver signers for any damages costs that exceed above $1,000, in other words. if you crash the machine or something and the repair cost a total of 2,600 then you will only be required to pay $1,000 of the total damages. we (Peak Adventure Rentals) will cover the remaining $1,600  ourselves. this $1k damage waiver cost $50 per day, per dirtbike and it may be added to your rental at anytime. 

Option B:

$2,5 k Deductible Damage Waiver Insurance- $25 per machine per day

Covers you, your party, and all waivers for any damages costs that exceed above $2,500, in other words, if you crash the machine, and the damages are a total of $2,600 then you will be required to pay $2,500 of the total damages. We (Peak Adventure Rentals) will cover the remaining $100 ourselves . This $2.5k damage Waiver insurance costs $25 per day, per machine and it mat be added to your rental at any time 

Note: our damages waiver insurance options do not cover any injuries, and we're not liable for any injuries what so ever! Basically, it just guarantees that in the rare occasion that damage is done to the rental equipment, then you would not be jeld liable for any repairs exceeding your deductible amount .
