Booking Information: 

There is a minimum non-refundable 15% booking fee included in the cost of the reservation. 

An additional charge of 3% will be added to the cost of the reservation for credit card processing. 

Expectation of Guests: 

All guests must provide basic information and sign the Terms of Studio Use prior to rental start time. 

Participants under the age of 18 years old must have the Terms of Studio Use signed by a parent or legal guardian. 

Participants under the age of 14 years old must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. 

It is the responsibility of the customer and their guests to return the premises to the condition it was on arrival by the end of the rental period. 

Any additional charges accrued as a result of customer’s activity or their guests/associates during the studio rental time will be paid via the credit card provided at check out.

Timing of Rental Session: 

There is a 15-minute grace period for check-in and set-up for the Photographer's Package rental. 

Rental time begins and ends at the pre-arranged time. The time includes check-in, set-up, break-down and clean up. Time will not be made up for late arrivals. Customers are responsible for monitoring the use of time and making necessary actions to clean-up and vacate the premises. A late fee of $5 per minute for every minute past the original Booking ending time, which includes a 5-minute grace period.

Cancelation fees are based on how far in advance the cancellation is made. Every reservation has a booking fee included. It is 15% of the booking total and is non-refundable. Cancelation notification time is based on reservation start time. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. 

Open Studio Reservations:

over 24 hours – non-refundable fee of 15% of the booking total (cost of booking fee only)

less than 24 hours – non-refundable fee of 50% of the booking total

two hours prior to booking start time / no show – 100% of the booking total is not refundable  

*Reschedules may be made at no additional cost if done 24-hours in advance from booking start time
