Children 12 and under are required to wear a life jacket at all times. Infant, child, youth and adult life jackets are also available and are complimentary with your rental.
Please, no grilling on board.
Please keep all pets restrained while the boat is in motion.

Pontoon Cancellation Policy:

1. A full refund of the cancellation is issued if made within 48 hours of booking. 

2. "Any cancellations made by the LESSEE within 60 DAYS of the reservation, DURING IN-SEASON (APR-OCT), will result in NO REFUND. Any cancellations made by the LESSEE within 30 days of the reservation, DURING OFF-SEASON (NOV-MAR), will result in NO REFUND. ALL OTHER CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN CREDIT TOWARDS FUTURE BOAT RENTALS MADE WITHIN A YEAR FROM THE DATE.   

3. "Changes to any existing reservations by the LESSEE on boat type, rental date, or time must be made WITHIN 48 HOURS of the reserved date and time, if available."

Pontoon Weather Policy: 

"If the following conditions exist on the lake: heavy rain lasting more than 1 hour, tornado warnings, high wind advisories, or any condition that Big Water Marina considers unsafe boating conditions, then the reservation fee may be credited towards future boat rentals. Weather credits or rain checks can only be given in person, on the day of rental, and are based on actual weather conditions on the lake at the time of the rental, not future weather-related forecast."
