Private Charter Particulars
We are a 75' luxury catamaran with more than 2300 square feet of space including a full galley, salon, dining table that seats 8 and two staterooms with ensuite showers & bathrooms all available for your use. For day charters/sandbar, we offer snorkel & fishing equipment, 2 standup paddle boards, 2 double kayaks and a large floating lilly pad mat to enjoy as well as access to the catamaran trampoline for lounging. We recommend at least 3 hours - 4 is more suitable - to allow ample time to get to and from the island/sandbar/snorkel spot and fully enjoy the afternoon and come back in time to experience the sunset.
Our Charters include a light lunch (deli sandwiches, salads, fresh fruit) or our regular brunch menu (bloody Mary's & lobster quiche!) and/or our regular artisan passed appetizers, depending on the trip's time frame; premium wines, prosecco and cava, choice of 10 craft beers (and Miller Light), and all non-alcoholic beverages. Of course we can make any arrangements for a full bar, restaurant delivery, catering or we can even refer you to an excellent onboard chef who can custom create a menu for you.
Private charters are a minimum of 2 hours for up to 40 guests with a base rate of $4000. Each additional hour is $1750 ($1000 per hour if 10 of less). Additional guests over 40 (and up to whatever maximum is being allowed at the time due to covid - please ask) is $95 per person.

A bar package with bartender can be arranged for $15 per person
All private charters and add-ons are subject to Florida Tax at a rate of 7.5%, and 20% gratuity, which can be added to the total, or paid on the day in cash.
In order to reserve your date we require 50% of total cost of your charter, and ask for the remaining 50% one week prior to the start of the event. Payment for charters can be made online (credit card and service fees apply), or can be paid by check.
The Captain retains the right to cancel any event if any safety concerns are imminent. If the captain cancels your sail we will work with you to reschedule, and if a new date can’t be set then a refund, minus $500 for administrative handling, will be refunded using the same method of payment given. Should you choose to cancel, we ask for as much notice as possible, and will refund your deposit minus a $500 administrative fee fully should you choose to cancel a month in advance. Within a month time frame your deposit will be quartered then refunded based on the week in which notice was received (one month=full minus administrative fee, three weeks= ¾ minus administrative fee, two weeks= ½ minus administrative fee, one week= no refund of deposit or final payment).
Advanced Health & Safety Measures
At Hindu Charters we take the Covid 19 situation very seriously. Safety of our customers and crew is paramount. That's why we take the following precautions on every public sail:
- Our crew remains vigilant and is regularly screened. We wear masks during the entire cruise.
- All guests are screened. If you are exhibiting any symptoms or have been exposed, please reschedule your sunset or brunch sail without penalty.
- Our 2,800 square feet of floating space helps ensure you'll be able to socially distance. We are licensed to carry 90 passengers but for now are sailing with right around 30 (or less) on public sails. Up to 50 on privates.
- Arriving guests will have their temperature taken before boarding.
- Please wear your mask until you are settled on the ship, with your party. When you are moving about the boat and/or cannot socially distance, please wear your mask. Masks must always be worn inside the cabin.
- All surfaces are thoroughly sanitized between cruises and during each sail. Crew wears gloves during all food prep and distribution.
- Crew will hand out passed appetizers so trays remain touch free. Crew will bring fresh glasses instead of refills.
- Hand sanitizer is available everywhere on the vessel. Guests and crew are encouraged to utilize it liberally.
As of February 1, 2021, the President of the United States issued Executive Order (13998), promoting COVID-19 Safety in Domestic and International Travel that requires masks be worn on all "public maritime vessels, including ferries" to mitigate the risk of spreading COVID-19. This order empowers the US Coast Guard as enforcement and subjects owners, operators and crew of vessels not in compliance to civil or criminal penalties from the CDC. The exception is when guests are actively eating and drinking. The Charterer agrees to abide by any and all local, state and/or federal regulations in place and safety directions by Captain and Crew and assumes full responsibility for making their guests aware and compliant.
The Management of the Argo reserves the right to limit the number of guests at any time, without recourse, penalty or refund, if necessary to meet local or federal safety requirements put in place during the execution of this contract.
Further, Charterer understands and assumes the risks of conducting an event during an International Pandemic understanding circumstances beyond control could alter the scope of services outlined herein.
